Create Member Pages for Automotive Community

I am currently building a Automotive Website Community dedicated to the Mitsubishi 3000GT/Dodge Stealth platform. I need someone to use my MySQL database which has the accounts from PhpBB forums and allow each member an alloted amount of space and a template to create a personals page. The scripter will have to design a basic template page for each member to enter information about themselves such as personal info, car info, and pictures. The information must be stored on the server, preferably the database if possible. I am looking for a mini version of [login to view URL] where users post there cars and other users rate them on a few different aspects.
