Create Distributable Package for Existing Project Management Software

This bid if for creating an installation package for a web-based software product. We have developed the Project Management software called 1stManager and available as a web-based project management tool at 1stManager.com. This program is developed in ASP.NET (C#) using Visual.NET. The database uses MS-SQL 2000. We have been selling this product successfully for over 1 year with the "application service provider" model. Our customers pay monthly fees for their hosted accounts. Now we want to diversify our strategy by offering an installable product. We request bids for creating a distributable package. The Coder who wins this bid will have to: 1) Package this program so that it can be installed in a Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 Server as shareware (expires after 1 month). 2) Create documentation and help menus. 3) Develop payment page to buy the license. 4) Develop security measures to ensure that the software is not unlocked without a license, and is not de-compiled. 5) Help submitting the software to sofware resellers such as [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Coders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the product before bidding, by opening free accounts and "playing" with the product. We will favor coders who are native English speakers or who have a native-like command of the English language. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO READ ALL THE INFORMATION IN THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT BEFORE BIDDING. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000 or 2003 Server.
