Convert VB 6 project to ASP Web Application

I have a VB 6.0 Project that I want to convert to a web based application using ASP with SQL Server database. I am attaching the original VB file - this is a quote creation program that creates and edits City, Project, Contractor, or Contractor-Contractor quotes. The Reports must be able to be exported to Word files to the users computer - I originally set to use ComponentOne WebReport for ASP.Net. If you are not capable of doing the reports - we can do that seperately but the quote creation process is the most important. The inventory database contains about 10,000 records - you must be able to create a system that allows the user to select items easily and quickly and fill the forms quickly so will require you to optimize the database and coding. Plus - any ideas on improving the process is welcome - we want to improve the process anywhere we can and make this the best, easy, quick and efficient for the user! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform ASP; SQL Server
