A short description should be included explaining how each module works individually, listing all the inputs and outputs and variables, and how all the modules work together. ________________________________________ Intellectual Property: • All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). • The coder guarantees that the code does not infringe the copyright of any other intellectual property rights of any third party that the coder identity’s the buyer from any infringements. ________________________________________Penalties • Time penalty of 2% per day of the total cost of the project. • For example : A three month project valued at $1000 project due to be complete on 10th July with a cumulative time penalty of 1%. The project actually ends on the 12th of July. Then the 1% will apply from the day the project was meant to end (the prospective end date) to the actual end date. In this case the prospective end date was 10th of July and the actual end date was 12th of July. Therefore the penalty applies to the two day period. In this example two days at 1% per day is equal to a total penalty of 2%. A penalty is 2% * $1000 = $20. Therefore the total sum payable on completion of the project will be $1000-20 =$980. ________________________________________Hosting: • No Hosting is required. ________________________________________ Payments • The payment modules that are included must cover all the main geographical continents and be considered good service providers in terms of cost and quality of service provision. Please keep in regular contact. • We would like a Gantt chart with a schedule on to aid in communication for the project development. • Weekly progress reports • And as previously stated the funds will be paid into escrow with RAC, and then paid out on completion of the project. • A complete list of deliverable modules should be provided to the coder before the beginning of the project. • Communication is very important to us, so please supply a variety of ways to get in touch with you. Also if you’re going to be out of communication please let us know in advance. ________________________________________ Project Completion • On completion of the module it should be delivered to the purchaser for the module to be considered complete and ready for testing the purchaser must agree in writing that the module is ready for testing. • A module is considered complete only when the testing phase has been complete or performance function and design attributes have been fully completed with the purchaser than agree in writing that the module is complete. • For the purpose of this agreement this module is only considered 100% or 0% complete. This is due to the difficulty of another coder picking up a module that has been written. • A complete module is defined as complete only after the buyer has confirmed this in writing. (Note: for easy a table can be use to list all the modules and sign them off as they are completed.) Please also refer to the Rentacoder agreements and contrac ts. If there is conflict between Rentacoder and the buyers contract then the buyers contact will take precedence. Thank you. Dear All, We require a refundable completion deposit for 20% of the contract price or $100 what ever is the greater. This is to cover the buyer for time lost and effort incase you decide not to complete the contract. This will be paid to us and we will add it on to the escrowed amount so that you get it back at the end of the project. Any penalties incurred are applied to the total sum. Example: Cost of project $600. A completion deposit of $120 is paid to us. We then pay into escrow $720 which then becomes payable to the coder at the end of the project. Any % penalties are then applied to the $720. If the project is not completed then the deposit amount will be forfeit. If you have any questions please contact me. We want all the functionality of Craigs list. Admin is required. Stats about running the site. Different users to logon and to moderate restricted by citys and catagories. An overriding admin function for the site. Any financial data will need a separate login and access controlled very tightly. All financial transactions to be logged in a back up file of some kind.
