Chatroulett function like site modification/extension:Repost

Hi, This is a project which I repost, since the bids I was receiving were too high (project is between 30-250). I think there was a misunderstanding. I am ONLY looking for someone to modify an existing script. The chatroulett functionality is already available. So only the matching function of the existing chatroulett script should be extended, and a email confirmation function should be added, where people have to confirm their addresses first before the get access to the site. Original Project: I need a site just like chatroulett. Simple and staight forward. There are several scripts available, so I am looking for a programmer to ad matching possibilities to the site (I am...... and I seek ...., Or I am doing........ and I am intrested chatting with.....). So normally, if I am a boy, the script shows me chat partners who inserted into the script that they want to see only boys, and vice versa. The site here needs up to to ten different matching functions. Also there will be an access limitation to the site. This will most likely done through email.
