Ajax datagrid Javascript ASP.net

Im needing a nice grid to be used in a number of sites that my team is building. The grid should be fast and have a lot of speed on the client side. I would like a javascript grid that can make calls to the server so it is fast even when the grid has thousands of rows in it. I need the top row to stay in place and also be able to lock a column so that horizontal scrolling will leave it in place. I would like the ability to double click and update the data inline without a page refresh. i need column sorting, row select, multi row select via drag select area. I would like to be able to paste the selected rows into excel via the clipboard I have found an example of the grid that i am looking for currently and it is located here <[login to view URL]> I need the features that they list like live scrolling virtual paging using ajax in line/place editing (with nice effect on cell that is editable) ability to put basic skin on the grid by replacing images or inputing colors and gradient colors dynamic resizing of table so it can fit a space, also resize of columns i would like to use the grid on ie 6.0 FF and ie 7.0 check the sample link above if you have any questions This will work in asp.net 1.1 and 2.0 with sql server 2000 or 2005.
