## Deliverables
Attached you will find the basic design layout, along with images of how the current Excel spreadsheets look. I am sure that we will need to talk in the beginning to go over the requirements. This is just phase one of the project and a lot more work can come from this as this system is enhanced and I have other systems that need work as well.

Jobs/Project interachangable. This application will be used to manage projects for a Telecom subcontractor. They are awarded a Project (Projects Table) and a budget of how many items can be used and the price paid per item (Project Details Table). The admin will load this project into the system along with all the details allocated to that project. Then the associate will log in to the system and create a task (Project Tasks table)for that project. It could take 10 -20 tasks before the project is completed. Once the task has been submitted it goes into the system in a "Pending" state. The supervior or the administrators can go in and look at all Pending tasks, modify and then either approve or reject. If rejected it goes back to the associates dashboard and they can modify and resubmit. Once approved the task will be available to use in the billing report and can no longer be modified. The billing report uses the Project Task information to create a report that calculates a invoice for the parent contractor based on the quantity of project details used x the price for that detail. The format is attached in the tiff image. last two pages. The calculations will be based on the price entered into the Project Details by the administrator. On top of that the ability to manage associates, administrator, and supervisor information and logins has to be built into the system as well. Of course there are more details that will need to be communicated once bid accepted.
