ASP/MS SQL SERVER/IIS Website Development work

There is need to do a new website work which is mainly programming work and all the design work I will handle. The coder have to be well experienced in ASP/MS SQL work for website and have to show similar kind of example. Also the person should be well in communication daily and timely delivery. The name of the site is isdnetwork.org. The pages needed will be as follows: - Main Page with member login ability - Will pull information such as latest news from database - If user is logged on, it will display name and other info - Join Page (for new members and retrieve personal information)Latest Software Page - List sofware that has been uploaded to - the web site recently - Display Title, desc, and link to download - Upload Software Page - user can upload software - Archive news page - pulled from database - Search Software page -The search software would be the same way except it just returns a list of software that came up in the search. - Calander page - pulled from databse -Membership information page-There will be member signup, member information page (which would be the persons information and a list of software packages that this person has uploaded),Latest Software page which will dis play last 10 softwares uploaded, then be paged out 10-20, 20-30, etc... - There should also be a browse software page that has Catagories, I will supply the catagories and when someone uploads a software package they will select the catagory for it.
