ASP.NET Control - CSS Class Picker

I need an ASP.NET server control that allows the user to pick from a list of CSS Classes. NOTE: The requirement to dynamically load CSS classes from the current HTML document hosting the control has been removed. 1) The control must also be capable of loading classes from one or more CSS files (specified as absolute or relative URL's at design-time and/or run-time through code). The control should also recognize and properly interpret .NET's "~" shortcut character in URL paths. 2) It should provide a property that allows the selected class name to be placed in a text box without a post-back (i.e. on the client). 3) Ideally, the control will allow the user to preview what effect the class will have on text and/or block elements. 4) The control must be self-contained, meaning that javascript should be dynamically generated by the control or the javascript file can be specified as a property of the control. 5) Multiple instances of this control will be used on the same page. Therefore, the control should be lightweight and should co-exist with other controls and other instances of the same control. 6) At a minimum, the user should be able to choose a class in 2 clicks: Click the control to pop-up the selector and click the class name to select it. Additional functionality like previewing classes, etc. can require additional clicks/input from the user. 7) Control should function in IE 5.5+ (Windows) and W3C DOM browsers (on Mac and Windows). Additional down-level browser support is a plus, though not required. 8) VB.NET source code is preferred. However, I am willing to accept C#. I am open to questions, comments, and suggestions. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. I wanted to let you know I've adjusted the bid requirements a bit. However, this should result in a greatly simplified implementation. After reviewing the requirements, you may want to adjust your bids. Briefly, I have removed the requirement to load all the CSS classes in the HTML document that hosts the control. Instead, the control will only need to parse one or more CSS files that are specified at design-time and/or run-time. The other requirements remain the same.
