Create Complete Website (Code Only, Visual Design is done)

Project outline: Create complete website vaguely similar in function to moviepropbay.com. The new site will based on a design by our graphics guy, which will be supplied as JPG page examples, and must have the following features: # User registration system # Ability for user to post "items available" listings # Ability for user to post "item wanted" listings # PHP Image upload / resize function included in the create listing pages # Item available & wanted listing pages # Item details page # Item search function # Admin User Account control # Admin category creation / editing # Admin listings controls - edit / delete / close(listing would become invisible to members / public) # item listing and details pages must have short clean urls such as “[login to view URL]” Requirements: # You must be proficient in PHP / HTML / CSS / AJAX and MYSQL, and able to produce simple clean code # Must run cleanly on server with php 5.3, mysql 5.1, apache 2.x without using deprecated PHP functions # Pages must work perfectly in IE8 / 9 , latest Firefox / Chrome / Opera and Safari, though some small depreciation of css styling is acceptable between them(who hates coding for 50 different browsers !) # Minimal use of images for page styling, use css wherever possible, however individual images can be created as requested by our graphics guy # You must provide examples of previous sites you have created with contact info for the site owner to verify you did the work # PHP / HTML code examples of previous projects will also be required to prove your work is what we are looking for. # A simple 1 page task may be given to potentials just to be sure you can do what we need, before the project is given. # Please include the phrase "I love baldrick" in your reply or risk being ignored
