Convert 100 Powerpoints to PDF / JPG

I have 100 ppt and pptx files that need to be converted to PDF. Each of these files must first have the PAGE settings changed to 9.7" by 7.5". After export to JPG, change the page settings to 6.0" x 4.5" and then click SAVE AS to JPG... first slide only. The end result is that each PPT is converted to a PDF and a 432x324 pixel image of the first slide. The PDF should be an older version... not the latest. I will post the ppt files to a [login to view URL] location. All I want back are the PDF's and JPG's. The remainder will be uploaded over the next two weeks. I will pay 50% up front, 50% after completion of the job.
