Hello, I have experience of circuit and PCB Designing. I have done custom projects on arduino and SIM900. SIM900 only has GSM, but there is another version SIM908 which has GPS too. This is one option I could think of for your project right now, because I think it is cost effective. I would like to know more details from you. Thanks
