I have a background in playing elite level basketball, so understand what is required to keep your body fit and healthy. I also have a strong understanding of Physiology, Biology and Metabolic Energy Systems.
I understand the need for a healthy yet convenient diet and lifestyle, and how people these days struggle with time management, motivation, and lack of knowledge to feel the best they can. I understand all the different ways the human body works, all the different muscle types, bodily processes, shapes, and proportions that make up the body, and how people struggle to get the ratio of muscle to fat to a level they are happy with. I understand the different types of exercises that are required to achieve specific goals, and that at the end of the day it's not the number on the scales that counts.
