Craigslist Flagging Program

This is almost the same project as 294077. Should auto-flag or semi-auto flag CL posts. Should stop flagging as soon as ad is removed or have a way to check whether ad has been removed. Would be helpful though not mandatory that it count the number of successful flags required to remove an ad. I imagine it will use proxies but I don't care as long as it works. Must work for Windows Vista and any kind of internet connection: dial-up, ISDN, wi-fi or any type of DSL. This will be on my laptop and I want to be able to use it anywhere. No nefarious purpose involved. I flag porn off which is prohibited by CL. The problem with the forums (which do get it removed) is that they can take up to 12-24 hours and the porn needs to go quickly, like right now. I must be able to test the project before releasing the funds. I have already purchased two similar programs. One never worked, the other worked three times, then would not work again. Both were off the shelf programs.
