Basic Referral Script

We need to measure response for a marketing campaign. 8 postcards were sent out with 10 different 4 digit numbers on them. When these people click a link on our website, we need a small popup window that will ask them to agree to terms that we provide, then enter their referral ID and name. There will be one landing page for numbers that match and another for incorrect entries. The script will track the name and ID for each entry in a simple MySQL database that the winning bidder will upload onto our site. The only html required is create the popup and the code to call its specific dimensions. We will provide FTP access. Support is available from our host (CrystalTech) and DSN addition is very straightforward. Payment upon full testing. This is really simple. We need to have the script up and running in a little over a week.
