C# Paypal API Snippet to access 3rd Party Account - open to bidding

I need a C# .net 4/4.5 code-block using the paypal "PayPalCoreSDK" and "RestApiSDK" nuget packes available to connect to a third party paypal account. I require the following scenario: -Paypal (Developer) Account A with App-Credentials -Paypal Merchant Account B, who authorizes App A in his profile -The code block, using the .net paypal apis, connects to paypal with credentials from account A, and gets a authorization for pulling data from Account B.
