ASP.NET Database first MVC project improvements - open to bidding

Hello, I have started a new MCV Project. I bought a admin panel theme and i want to use it on a MVC Project. The Project sould database first. My database is ready. For login and user management i want to use my own users table, not the default membership and profile providers. I will give you the started MCV template and you will make some improvements. For example in my theme there is lot of css files. I want to add al of them to bundles. Also js files too. So if the theme developer updates the files, i will only put them to the folder. The menü and some message boxes are static codes in the themes demo pages. They will separated to partial views and changed to dynamic codes that reads data from database. There is some static sample files. Form, grid, etc. They will also change to read from SQL. I need a grid for showing datas and 2 forms, one for edit and one for create. Delete should be with Ajax. I dont want to use a View for Delete Action. One click and after confirmation, record should deleted. And some routing improvements.
