In that implementation we would send in the ballpark of 500 emails a day, and the code was deployed to a Ubuntu amazon AWS environment. I have written many programs in Perl and can either modify your existing application, or else write a new one from scratch. If the application requires the use of a MySQL database, then I would quote a price of $100. Otherwise, if it can work well enough with a static comma- separated values (.CSV) file, then I would quote a price of $50. I would also need to know the details of where the application will be installed. Will it run on a server? Are you running Windows or Linux? You also mention "export access data" in the meta tags for the project posting. I mostly run Linux, and have very little practical experience with MS Access. I would recommend simply using the Access GUI to export the data to a CSV file. Then the Perl script can input the data from the CSV file. I look forward to your response.
