Hi Before i answer your questions, i need to know the following: 1) Where are you seeing this consumption? Is this a server side consumption for a web app or a consumption spike in a mobile app? If mobile is it on android or iOS? If its a web what tech is it in ? is it in Java , .net? 2) Depending on your answer above , i can bring up the right tools. Answering what technology will help run the right tool to identify what objects consume memory , is it really memory leak or a mere high consumption ? Unless we do the tracing we cannot really refactor the code.
