Full design and build of new breathing/wellness mobile app

I need an iPhone/iPad app. I would like it designed and built. This will be a Qi Gong breathing and visualization app. I need an 3D image of a body that shows specific meridians based on a chosen season. 5 separate seasons. A yin meridian and a yang meridian. I would like a specific color to move along the meridian along with our specifically designed training music. It is based on 4 second timing. So inhale would flow up the line say with blue for 4 sec and line would flow down with exhale say with yellow. The speed of the line would be able to slow down according to desired inhale and exhale. If you wanted 8 second breath music stays same but line slows down. This is bare bones of what this app can do so room for expansion is desired. This is my first post so bare with me.
