Development App for iOS/Android/WindowsPhone via PhoneGap

We need to develop App, with main features bellow: - Splash Screen - Login with Facebook and local database (email and password) - On first login show some brand pictures, to like / dont like (to separate users to anothers) - On first login show some "how-to use app - Option to upload a lot of photos from camera rool (or take a instant photo) - After choose 1 to 3 photos - Way to rotation, crop and adjust photo - Way to choose order of photos - After, have to choose some text "tags" - After, user have to choose some brands images - After, user can ask evaluation of clothes for: All and/or Friends or/and Specialist - Choose friends on facebook and notify each one - Option to choose specialist(s) and notify each one - Evaluation of specialist have cost (in-app), friends and for all are Free - Way to users to buy bulk credit, to use with specialists - Way to users to buy only one evaluation, to use with specialist - Separate registration of specialists (admin only) - Protect area for specialists with statistics and pending evaluations - Timeline to all users and friends "like" or not photos, and comment it - Way to user evaluate specialist comments - Search on timeline to find users - Profile of user with photo and evaluations history - Inspiration gallery of photos for each specialist Platform: iOS, Android and Windows Phone (using PhoneGap)
