Create a Mobile Website or Android app, either is fine

I have an idea that I have mocked up in Photoshop. Basically it is an app that takes a word and finds all it's rhymes and bunches the rhymes up by some filters. I want a part of the screen to be able to be held and a list of rhymes pops up. On another part of the screen I want a list of synonyms to pop up in a screen and when you tap on one of the words that new word you tapped becomes the focus word and the same math is done on the new word. I have 2 web apis I want to be used. Either one can be used. I have wire frames and a storyboard created.
