I need a professional mobile app expert to create a hybrid application for me. Its travel and tourism domain based application. It has to cover following things: 1. It should enable user to search attractions near by. 2. It should show feedbacks or reviews of each attraction near by 3. It should enable user to search events near by. 4. Should be able to create/maintain travel schedule 5. Offline map support. Note: This application would target only one county i.e. Ecuador I would encourage you all to bid only if you have already worked on such type of web or mobile applications before. Thanks.

Offline map could be archived using HTML5 Application Cache but dynamic attractions and events could not anyway. Where is the source of attractions and events information? From Google or we will maintain ourselves?
