Create a CCTV Surveillance Mobile App for my hostel guests

Frontend Users will download our mobile app. Admin will assign users with a temporary accounts and allow users to login to the mobile app to view X number of CCTV Screen footages for X Number of Days. That's all for my users access, simple as that (for Mobile App) Backend Admins will be able to login to backend and create/edit/delete user accounts and have the ability to set which CCTV Camera screens the specific user can view. (For example, User A can view Screen 1, 5, 7 and 9 for 4 days, after which the account will be terminated automatically) (Camera Management) Admins will also have a log on the dashboard, on how many accounts they have created before in an archive. (User Management) *The backend can be accessed via mobile app or via a website url, ill leave it to my developer to decide ;) What do we have right now for you: 1. We have 3-5 Servers, connecting to around 20-30 CCTVs. Which are already been functioning in our hostel for 2 years now. More details on the brands and IP Camera models will be shared . Thus, as you can see, this is a pretty straightforward and simple app. I'm a developer myself and running an agency right now, but I am using this project to look for someone that we can work with in the long run.
