Convert excel sheet to apk/ios

Basically I've got a excel sheet with a few formulas to calculate waiting time for concrete trucks and at the moment I'm running the app (android and ios) powered by xlapp which requires login from users and it becomes a bit troublesome when you need to get the calculations done in a short time frame when in between jobs. I've got a few screenshots to show what xlapp has done (upload excel sheet -> select input & output -> build apk) and it's exactly what I need, except I want to get to the app without having to go through xlapp every time. Ideally I would like the app to be able to run on both ios and apk platforms.
