Hi, My name is Julien Bankier, I recently completed a iOS bootcamp in NYC. I can create your app in 1/2 days depending on how much information you want me to display. It will be fairly straight forward because, if I understood correctly, you just want an app that allows users to swipe through photos and facts that are predetermined before by you. I will not need to use any server or api's, so it will be quick to complete. I have created app's like the one you are trying to publish before in my bootcamp, and am currently working on an app who's entire UI is based on swiping left or right. Furthermore, if you are worried that I am not qualified to deliver the results you want, I have access to a large group of teachers and alumni who would help me if I were to encounter any difficulties on this app. Again, I believe it is fairly straight forward, so I don't think that would be necessary.
