Cat Detector iPhone App

I need an iPhone App that detects cats. MUST: It must turn on the backside camera, and show a live image (just like the Camera App). MUST: The live view image must be scanned for cats. MUST: If there is a cat detected in the picture, its head should be marked with a red rectangle (just like facebook marks tagged members in photos). MUST: At the bottom of the screen, a black bar with a logo is to be displayed. MUST: Must work in both landscape and portrait mode. SHOULD: As the camera / the cat moves, the rectangle should move too. SHOULD: Humans or other animals should not be recognized. See the attached image for a mockup.
