Android Application with Bluetooth Framework

Hello, I need an Android application that has the following screens seen in attachment. I need to be able to receive a number between 1-100 every 5 minutes via bluetooth from a device. I also need to be able to send an alert via bluetooth to my device letting it know the device has been reset. The Countdown on the main screen should be the sum of the 2 settings in the settings screen. Cold=2, Cool=3, Ok=4, Warm=5, Hot=6. The amount of drinks is self explanitory. The sum of those 2 values equals the start of the countdown. The user should be alerted when the countdown reaches 0. Also the data received every 5 minutes should be placed on the slider bar. I simply need the framework for this app with good code commenting so I can add to it. If you could set up the bluetooth transmit and receive lines and areas where I can calculate the countdown I can do that myself. I just need an outline with good code and the screens done and moving as expected to move forward. You may use Android Studio or App Inventor or any other tools you may have. Keep it simple. Keep it light.
