create a slider on android - repost

So i need a app that when you download it, it has 5 pictures going across your screen. once you click on one of the pictures it takes you to the mobile size site and opens up with the pictures below as example. so basically the 5 slider pictures will be link up to the days top information that is chossen. I would like the option to be able to add more pictures in the slider as well In the admin area I should be able to choose which story it links up too. if you read this and understand type please.... 39489 i understand
