A basic IOS app with the main functionality being drag and drop

Looking for an individual to develop a basic iOS app preferably for use on both iphone and ipad the application is very basic and is basically a basketball coach bored the only diffference is it is going to be used to develop officails a similar app has been developed see this link [login to view URL] however it is graphically horrible and i wold prefer a court with the correct areas of responsibility below is a link to a drop box folder that includes the courts i am talking about with these areas i need it possible to at least switch between the two and also move into half court mode. [login to view URL] i would also like an area to take notes that could be saved as-well also if possible an area that could hold a couple of PDF files that are view able in the app as they contain the official rules i would like the code so i can host the file in my app store please let me know of any other details you require
