I have over 14 years of IT and Telecoms experience at the multinational and small business level. I have developed various apps that combine your requirements so I believe I can get this done for you with little turnaround time. In addition to experience with both Android and iOS development, I have also developed a powerful web-based administration system which allows you to manage the content of your app and also send push notification or broadcast messages to app users. This means you will be able to add sports and venues belonging to each sport using the admin system without needed any additional development to the app. You will also be able to edit/delete the details for any sports and/or venues that already exist. The user will be presented with a list or dashboard view like your screenshot of sports. Users will then be able to view all venues under that sport in general or only those nearby based on his geographic location and a map with navigation will be there to help them reach the venue. Once a user clicks an event they are then taken to a second screen which has the details for that venue. One additional benefit for you- assuming you are the operator of the app- you can sell advertising to the venues because the push message system will allow you to send notifications either to all app users or to users at a specific venue (i.e. targeted marketing for users at a specific venue attending a specific time).
