Coupon Mobile App

Our company is in the music business and want to create a discount coupon service for coffee shops that will also promote artists. Facebook To keep costs down, customer and artist registrations will be done on facebook and will link back to the mobile app through FB APIs. The app should always be logged in to FB. Mobile Website There will be a customized image from the artist that the artist will create and maintain and will upload it to the mobile website after a user logs in. In addition to the artists, internal usage will also ne needed to store the coupon data, coupon images and ad banners will also be stored on this website for display in the app. Mobile App User registration will be by FB login and Friend Link and Like to the app. When the user requests a coupon, the coupon image (no. and barcode) plus a randomly selected image of an artist is retrieved from the website and displayed on the mobile handset. Since we cannot be sure if the user actually used the coupon, he will just like to track the number of coupon requests in a log file for reporting purposes. The user would then be able to see and sample music from the various artists and Like or Friend them as well. There is a paid premium service planned which will allow more frequent showing of the artist images and other promotional features. The ad banner at bottom could be google adwords as long as their own ads can be rotated as well. Could you kindly estimate costs and time-frame for project completion for iPhone, Android, web based and all three? I have attached images as a rough idea (not so well throughout yet) and i presume there may be more screens, etc. The mobile website can be in a CMS if its easier to work with. The apps will be in Japanese and all of the text will be provided.
