Apartment Rental Website and Smartphone app

I am looking for a developer to design and build an apartment rental website and smartphone app for all mobile phone platforms. I'm looking for a user friendly, functional, and clean looking website/app that gives visitors the ability to search rental properties and go through an assortment of fields then get results which are pulled from mls ([login to view URL]). The visitors will have the ability to select specific apartments and have them sent directly to an agent through sms and email. The website/app should be integrated with all the features of "Team IDX" on idxbroker.com. Google maps should be integrated to pinpoint specific locations of the rentals. [login to view URL] "For Rent" section is a good example of what I am looking to create. The website will be specifically for chicago rental properties advertised on mls([login to view URL]) and manually entered units that are not being pulled by mls. Entering non MLS rentals should be an easy task for me.
