Android App Developer

I need someone to develop a series of apps for android. I already have a line of iphone apps, so you would model them directly from those. I have the artwork already. I would like someone who is experienced with android and could also possibly develop more iphone apps for me. App info: There will be four tabs. The first tab is the Main Screen with functionality to hide the controls and add banners. The second is Configuration which allows the user to customize the audio, choosing to leave on or off the instructions, choose a long or short beginning, repeat the main section of audio up to 10x, and have the ending take them into sleep or awaken them, turn off the audio entirely, turn off animation, and changing the background audio/visual theme. The third tab is Connect and allows the user to go to the Apps store for more apps from us, subscribe to our newsletter, follow us on Twitter, go to our website, and send a feedback email. The fourth tab is Support and allows the user to post about the apps on FB, tweet about it on Twitter, send an email about it to a friend, and leave a review at the app store. Budget will be discussed with qualified applicants. More detailed information will be given to chosen applicants.
