Create a Mobile Website

Project Description: Design mobile friendly website with database; ensuring mobile website supports listed functionality below and compatible with both Android and IOS enabled phones. We as "admin" must be able to update certain database fields. The ideal solution will be a web-based form we use to update member information by unique member id. Database must support: 1. unique member identification 2. club hours 3. minutes earned 4. visits remaining 5. renew with link to PayPal 6. tap to text message 7. appointment reminder 8. shade history with date 9. date of last visit 10. after care instructions Database must support unique ID enabling us to push update information to connect user id via database. The following app features will receive updates from the server: 3. minutes earned 4. visits remaining 7. appointment reminder 8. shade history with data 9. date of last visit ** system could be set to auto update #7 appointment reminder every 30 calendar days from #9 date of last visit ** The following app features will be saved in application and will NOT require database updating. 2. club hours 5. renew via PayPal (html checkout button connected to paypal gateway) 6. tap to text will always call android device text message and populate with assigned cell phone number to our office. 10. after care instruction (web document with text and information) Please see word document for clear description of each app features.
