Android - a live wallpaper made of 2 graphical layers

I will need a basic live wallpaper that will be made of 2 graphical layers: 1. a scrollable layer which displays some image and which allows the user to scroll the homepage left and right 2. a FIXED layer which contains a semi-transparent box and which remains in a fixed position So that: when the user will scroll the homepage left to right the 1st layer will indeed show movement, but the 2nd layer will always be in a fixed position Steve
