Android Wallpaper App

I am in need of one wallpaper app similar to Background HD ([login to view URL]). Not necessarily a clone of it. I want a specific type of layout in the app. 4 Tabs at the top (Latest , Popular , Random , Categories) Swiping screen will not switch to next tab. User need to click on the tab Latest, Popular & Random will have 4 thumbnails in portrait mode. When user swipe another 4 should be loaded. Look at the image attached. Categories will be fetched from a particular directory from my webserver. I already have a hosting package. (php should be used) Putting in a more mannered list 1] I need 4 tabs: Latest , Popular , Random , Categories 2] Categories to be dynamic, I would be able to add category, and 1 subcategory and also remove the category. 3] Users can Favorite, Set as, Share wallpaper and can also see preview as lock screen and home screen. 4] Push notification system 5] Each display 4 portrait wallpapers and swipe right for next page 6] Wallpaper info like Size, How much time downloaded. and button for report issue or copyright issue. 7] All settings like Background HD application 8] Admin panel(php page) to upload images and assign category
