Android VIOP Conference Call App

I need a VIOP video conference android application that can allow up to two or more user to chat and discuss through android mobile phone for my master project. Meanwhile, users will have different username and password to participate in the discussion. However, users can post comments or pictures for others to view while the video call is still going on and the video conference chats can also be save or deleted by the main caller of the conference. Users location will be shown besides their panel or frame and users can make a particular users frame more bigger than others by clicking or touching a button. Every user will have a profile with information like name, pics, email, phone no etcs Hence, in case of bad network, users profile pic can replace the video conference while the audio should be active. They graphic should be amazing and source code commented or explain.
