Android Maps App "Road Notes"

Android GPS App Hi, I have a graduation project, it is an android app, I will describe the app below: The app is based on Google Maps, the user can add a note on the road, for Ex: Accident or Traffic Jam! 1- Simply once the user open the app it will show his location on the MAP. 2- User must login to be able to add a traffic note on the map. 3- User can choose of some notes types like Accident, traffic jam, check point and speed camera. 4- User can list the near notes of his location. 5- User can view the map and notes without login. --------------------- I started the development of the application and I used the Google API to display the map and this was successful! What I need is: 1- I need you to create a database for the app to be on the internet. 2- creating splash screen shoing the logo of the application during the startup. 3- creating sign up and log-in forms. 4- developing the methods of adding the notes from the map to the database. 5- developing a form to list the nearest notes of the user location. 6- remember this is a graduation project, I need an explanation of all methods and functions, and I need the source code also. 7- development report and documentation is needed. This is the general idea and the app is a simple and not much functions. - The DFD / ERD / Use Cases is available and will be provided to you once the project is awarded to you. - Similar App :: Waze App. Please only Android experts allowed to bid with a reference app done before.
