Android App for social music site

I am looking for a mobile app developer/company that can complete a mobile app by the end of this month. Timing is crucial. Communication is crucial. I already have mockup examples ready as well as web service API so it shouldnt be too difficult of a project. I will not pay if you do not finish this project by the deadline. I also want communication at least every other day. I dont have time for jokers this is a serious project. This will just be the first build. We will want the source code so we can update ourselves in the future. I will not hire anyone with less than 10 successful projects with good ratings so do not waste my time. You also must be 100% fluent in english. Quality and time is EVERYTHING. like i said it has to be finished before the end of this month which shouldnt be a problem concidering we already have a base mock up and full API completed. Functions include: Signup Login Chat Voting Playing Music Listening to Music Selecting room Creating room Setting Profile Page. Please show me your previous work.
