I need an android app that captures video & still images from an extrernal USB camera and/or the built in camera. The app will need to be able to push a rtmp stream or h.264 stream to a Flash Media Server over a 3g/4g connection. It will also need to be able to upload short mp4 video clips to a ftp server as well as incremental jpeg still images. You should be able to set a schedule of how often video clips are taken and for how long each clip is. You should also be able to control the video quality/size as well as the quality/size of the still images.
