Andriod application for samsung Note

Hi all, I have an android application that I was doing with another programmer. the problem is that he cannot continue working on it. the application is for samsung note series and use the s-pen and has a pc client (exe or desktop application as server) around 20% of coding done (the main function) I will provide with the source code for the part done. also no UI done yet however the UI files ready in photoshop format. app has main page and other one for settings plus the help pages (photo slides and will be provided) -I have a tight deadline so we should start ASAP.(deadline 29 December) -when app done the source code should be provided.
