Android app for display playlist content(video,images,webpages)

we need an app for android, to play a sencuencial playlist, the content of this list are videos, images and webpages. Is necesary the user login in order to download the content to the sd card or internal store of the android devices(smartphone, tablet).The content will show as it downloads. The app will be checking for new content on the server, if there are changes, must download it in the backgroud and update the playlist to display the new content. The app must be to android 2.1 or [login to view URL] content for the app it's accesible via ftp and the playlist information it's store in MSsql Database.
