create a simple EA based on envelopes indicator

needed input fields. - lotsize - compounding lotsize (on/off) - auto adjust lotsize according to balance - takeprofit - total take profit of all open orders - stoploss - trailing stoploss - maximum trades - max slippage - max spread - env period (40,50) - env method (simple, exponential,..) - env price (open price, close price,...) - env upper deviation (0,05) - env lower deviation (0,05) - env shift so if price break through the upper line = buy if price break through the lower line = sell If price breaks through the upper line = buy, and if take profit has not been reached, or stoploss and price breaks through the upper line again (from DOWN to UP) then put another buy order and use total take profit for all open orders then, if price goes back between the enveloppes = sell order (kinda like a grid strategy) same with sell order if price goes down down down the upper line = sell if price goes little bit up again untill the upper line, don't do anything if price goes higher then the upper line again, then open another sell order, and if price goes back between the envelopes = buy order and keep opening orders untill takeprofit, or total takeprofit for all opene order has been reached
