Create a new EA

I need to create an EA with these setting 1) Trade start time (24 hr format) - Trade will be opened only if the time greater than start time 2) Trade End time (24 hr format) - Trade will be opened only if the time greater than start time 3) Equity at risk per trade – Based on % i.e if 0.5 is set then it will risk half % of available equity per trade 4) Maximum open trade allowed – If total open trades are equal to this number then no more new trades to open. 5) Close all trades at profit % - based on this setting all trades will be close once total floating profit reaches a certain %. i.e if this setting is 5 then when the floating profit reached 5% of the account it will close all trades. 6) Need setting for 3 EMA/SMA, which can be configured a. Period b. MA Method c. Apply To Trade Entry Short When MA 1 crosses below MA2 /MA3 on the close of the candle one a trade for short Trade entry would be at the low of the candle. Stop loss at the high or 5 pips above MA2, whichever is further than entry. Profit target would be 4 times the stoploss – If possible add this as a setting to be able to configure. Trade Management One the trade has triggered, then the EA should be able move the stoploss to breakeven one the trade move into profit by 75% of the stoploss. Example :- if the trade has 20 pips stoploss, then once the trade moves into profit of 15 pips the stoploss should move to break even. I need also addon to this: 1. i need a switch option to turn off the auto MA method 2. I had an indicator when the price hit my indicator line it will place trade automatic will provide my details info once project assigned.
