Create a 30 sec advertisement from phone repair business

Hi to prospective freelancers. I own/operate a small business from home in the Mobile Phone Repair industry and would like to create a 30 second advert to post on facebook and youtube to help promoto who we are. I have come across this video ([login to view URL]) and would like my video to be in this style. I have come across this video ([login to view URL]) and would like this style of music, i may obtain the rights to use this actual song. I have attached a notepad document (Script) that outlines roughly the way i would like the video to play out. I have attached my business logo to include in the video. Please serious freelancers only who can complete this project for a reasonable price, as mentioned i am working from home and don't have a large budget. A freelancer previously stated they could do this and was awarded the project but failed to deliver, genuine bids only please i don't want my time wasted again.
