Digitalize logo and seal(repost)

This project has three parts: 1) Create an editable version of our logo (jpg available) 2) Create an editable version of a flyer (jpg available) 3) Combine a clip art (.jpg available) and logo from 1) to create a seal (editable format) @1) We have a logo - but not editable anymore. Just as a .jpg. We want to have that logo again fully editable (i.e. as .ai / .psd / .innd etc.). There will be very little changes only, which we can exactly describe. We have attached the logo and screenshots for the changes. @2) We have the front of a flyer designed of which we again have no editable version. We need you to create an editable digital version of that flyer. Picture will be paid by us, font needs to be provided by you. Important: You will have to find the font. I uploaded only the sketch of the flyer and part of the text to allow you to get an impression of the respective font. We have the coloured digital but non editable version also, which we will send to the winner of the project as a template. The backside of the flyer needs to be designed - but same style as front (pretty clean style, no ornaments etc.). Backside will contain FAQs - text will be provided to the winner. Sign up banner needs to be attached to frontside of flyer (screenshot will be provided to the winner.) @3) Combined of a clip art and the logo From 1), we need you to design a simple seal (76mmx37mm) that we then use to label the letters we send away. Sketch is attached. We have a high time pressure - so only bis to this auction if you can realise Nr. 1 and Nr. 2 REALLY QUICK!
