Setup required things on an OVH.com Dedicated Server

We have a dedicated server rented from [login to view URL] and want to make effective and efficient use of the resources. Server Config: Intel Xeon D 32 GB of RAM 2 x 480GB SSD 2 x 2TB HDD What We Want: 1. Run VMWare as the main OS. 1. Providing web hosting service with both the SSD's. WHM for cPanel + WHMCS for billing + Resellerclub for domain registration. 2. Using 1 of the HDD for creating Virtual Machines as we want in the future with OS of our choice. 3. Using the other HDD to serve as a second server for our hosting service. 4. Backup system that backs up the hosting part (2 SSD's) on a remote VPS storage server. 5. Implement security and standard procedures throughout the whole system. What You Will Need to Do: 1. Discuss about the project and get clear idea of what we need. 2. Go through the setup with us (via skype screenshare) so that we can learn how to manage things later. 3. Provide us a documentation for tasks needed to perform after the job is completed. Please Note: We already have VMWare OS installed and WHM, WHMCS and a few websites in the server. We will let you know which things are needed to be backed up in order to do a clean install.
