Hello, if you have to install a new software I recommend to use debian has always very up to date software and libraries while centos / redhat is used for enterprise systems and thus keeps the versions of libraries and programs older. Which version of Python do you need? What you need to install sofware? Can you send a link with the specs? In order to work I need a ssh access as root.
