Band Merchandise Proposal 1

I am looking for someone who can write a merchandise proposal that i can offer to bands, promoters and venues. There can be a main body with addendums that can narrow down the relationships. Some of the relationships will be on a royalty model, others on a joint venture basis. The focus must remain that its a long term exclusive deal. Any sub licenses of existing products and /or designs, should therefore be contracted by my company's consent. The proposal should cover, manufacturing, event sales, online sales and retail sales.
